What is Mumble AI?
Mumble AI is a voice-first productivity tool that goes beyond meetings. It helps you prepare before conversations, capture and summarize them in real time, and then roll everything up into actionable follow-ups. Each meeting or voice note becomes a trigger for organizing tasks, planning projects, and managing relationships — so you always know what’s next with every person you work with.
How does it connect with my meetings?
Mumble AI integrates with Google Meet. Once your mic is on, it can automatically record, transcribe, and summarize the conversation. You can also hit Start Meeting inside Mumble AI at any time to begin recording a new meeting, even outside of Google Meet.
Can Mumble AI help me prepare before a meeting?
Yes. Before your meeting, you can use Live Chat to plan your agenda, collect questions, and set goals, or simply speak or type down what you want to prepare. These notes become part of the meeting’s context, so during the session Mumble AI keeps them visible in your notes, and at the end they’re seamlessly rolled into the final summary and action items.
What happens during the meeting?
Mumble AI captures the conversation, generates a live transcript, identifies key Q&As, and highlights action items so nothing gets lost.
Can I edit notes after the meeting?
Absolutely. After your meeting, you can use Voice Commands to quickly edit or refine your notes without typing.
How does Mumble AI handle follow-ups?
Each participant is added to your Personal CRM, where Mumble AI tracks action items and suggests the next follow-up step, whether that’s sending a message or scheduling another meeting.

Is my data secure?
Yes. All your notes are encrypted and stored securely in the cloud, and plain-text versions only exist on your own device. We never use your notes for AI training, and our team has no access to view them.
